Gardner Moving, Pittsburgh’s #1 moving specialists, will be sponsoring the South Fayette Community Day on Saturday, August 24th, at Fairview Park.
This community event, held from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., features 100-plus vendors, three stages with live music and entertainment, a ninja warrior course, petting zoo, a zip line, and much more. There are free activities for both children and adults to enjoy and a variety of food and drink vendors.
Michael Gardner, Vice President of Gardner Moving, said this is their second year sponsoring this event. Gardner said some of their management team lives in South Fayette and since they are based in South Fayette, they try to get involved in the community. “We’re based in South Fayette, so when they have these community events, we always try to participate. It’s kind of a civic responsibility for those who live here and for businesses that are located here to support the community,” said Gardner.
Fairview Park is located at 129 Greenwood Dr., South Fayette, PA, 15017. Parking is available at three locations, with a shuttle available to transport passengers to the event area. Disabled parking is available in the park. Admission for this event is free.
